Established in 1978, the Spring Run-Off boasts a rich history and tradition. As the annual kickoff event for the Canada Running Series, it marks the arrival of spring in Toronto’s stunning High Park, inviting runners of all ages to participate and shake off the long Canadian winter. Canada Running Series is excited to announce Beneva as the title sponsor of this year's series opener, now known as the Beneva Spring Run-Off, held every April in High Park, Toronto. With a focus on family-friendly fitness, participants can select from 8K, 5K, and Kids Race distances, available in both virtual and in-person formats. All in-person runners will receive a souvenir apparel item and a finisher medal, featuring designs inspired by the beauty of High Park. While it may not be a walk in the park, we look forward to helping you say goodbye to winter and welcome spring at the Beneva Spring Run-Off!
