Depending on the context:

  • Rad Races acts as a Controller for personal information related to operating our platform, accounts, billing, marketing, and security.
  • For personal information of registrants processed on behalf of an organizer’s event, the Organizer is the Controller and Rad Races is the Processor.

  • registrations, orders, refunds, and related communications;

2.3 Payment information

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Rad Races does not store full payment card details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policies.
