Tally in the Valley Trail Race
The Gong Rings. You Run. Or You're Out.
Inspired by Big's Backyard Ultra, the Gong Show sends runners through a 7km Carolinian forest loop every hour, on the hour. Rest too long and you miss the cut. Go too hard and you blow up. Last one standing wins.
Highlights
Run through rare Carolinian forest in Dundas Valley Conservation Area
Hit the trails at 8pm for a full 12-hour night run
Backyard-ultra style: finish a 7km loop every hour or you're out
Choose one loop or push all the way to 100 miles
